1. Return Policy
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Product is unused and in original packaging
- Product is physically damaged during delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- GPS device not functioning as described
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
- Product is damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Product returned without original box or accessories
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery

2. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI)
- In case of COD orders, we will ask for your bank details to process the refund
3. Exchange Policy
We offer free replacement for defective or non-functional products within the 7-day return window. Shipping charges (if any) for exchanges will be borne by us.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
- If shipped, cancellation is not allowed; you may apply for return after receiving the item.
5. Shipping for Returns
Customers must return the product to our warehouse address. We will provide the return address and shipping instructions upon request. In cases of wrong/defective delivery, we will reimburse return shipping charges.
